Several businesses, one login
Run a company, a sole-trader side line and personal invoices side by side. Each billing profile keeps its own logo, GST settings, bank details and numbering.
Invoicing for New Zealand
TabPay makes clean, professional invoices and estimates with GST worked out properly, for your company, your side hustle, or just you. Fill in what matters, send a PDF in a tap, and keep a record you can trust.
What you get
No required fields, no setup wizard, no accounting degree. Fill in what's relevant and send.
Run a company, a sole-trader side line and personal invoices side by side. Each billing profile keeps its own logo, GST settings, bank details and numbering.
Enter prices with or without GST. TabPay works it out in exact cents and always shows subtotal, GST and total, with your GST number on the invoice.
Send an estimate, mark it accepted, and turn it into an invoice in one click, with the client, items and GST settings carried across.
Once an invoice is sent it's locked, so it always matches what your client received. Need a change? Duplicate it and send the corrected copy.
Download a crisp PDF, or share it straight from your phone to email or messages. Choosing either marks the invoice as sent.
See what's outstanding and what's overdue at a glance, and what you've been paid this tax year, from 1 April to 31 March.
Try the maths
Some tools round half-cents the wrong way. TabPay calculates in exact cents, so $13.70 plus GST is $15.75, not $15.76. Your accountant will love you.
How it works
Add your business name, logo, GST number and bank details once. Already invoicing elsewhere? Carry on your numbering from where you left off.
Pick a saved client or type one in, add your line items, and watch the invoice take shape in a live preview as you go.
Download or share the PDF. TabPay marks it sent, tracks when it's overdue, and lets you mark it paid when the money lands.
